4large barshigh quality chocolate(We used 2 white chocolate bars + 2 milk chocolate bars)
4ouncesgingerbread people cookies
2tablespoonsholiday sprinkles
¼teaspoonnutmeg

line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 170 degrees F
place chocolate bars in an even layer on prepared baking sheet so the sides are touching and bake for 4-6 minutes just until the chocolate is melted.
Remove chocolate from the oven and immediately press the gingerbread cookies slightly into the melted chocolate. You don't want the cookies to go all the way in, just a bit.Sprinkle all over with nutmeg and holiday sprinkles, and extra ginger cookie crumbles if you want.
Allow the chocolate bark to set completely. we recommend refrigerating for at least 45 minutes.
